6. Card Games
When surrounded by family around the table, conversations can slowly die down and ensues the awkward conversations and silences. To avoid all this, we turn to card games. We play a variety of games from UNO, Scum, Spoons, War, Pradise, and many others. The games get us in our competitive mode, bringing out more drinks and food. Our entire family plays, but since there are so many of us filling the house, if you're not in the top 3, you get put back in the queue waiting to play another round.
